Dropping Daniel da Silva with a body shot he soon swarmed the Brazilian. Following him down to the ground he avoided the submission attempts and rained down strikes.
In what seemed like an age. Victor was landing at will, bloodying his wilting opponent. Tiring and breaking, finally the referee stepped in to prevent any further damage to Daniel.
What a win for Victor Altamirano, his first in the UFC after his Dana White Contender Series win.
