Aoriqileng has a clear power advantage through the first. Dropping Perrin and keeping him pushed back. This round sees Aoriqileng land big and Jay Perrin circling the cage. Late into the round, Perrin scores a takedown with ease.
The second starts, and Aoriqileng is still as explosive as the first. However, after seeing how easy the first takedown came he tried again with success. When back to their feet the “Mongolian Murder” hit, and hurt Jay once more. The round ends with Jay attempting to get the takedown.
Coming into the third, both men have a clear path to victory. Perrin is the aggressor using the grappling advantage to hold the clinch. After the clinch ends Perrin brings the fight and both men are swinging.
Perrin ends the round landing some massive shots. A great fight from both men. Both showed plenty of heart and skills throughout the 15 minutes.
It was the Mongolian Murder who got the nod due to his early work on the feet at UFC 278.
