Anthony Joshua’s promoter Eddie Hearn spoke to IFL TV and said; “We have to finalise AJ’s fight. I know a lot of people are talking about the Daniel Dubois fight and we have to see what sits with the IBF. There’s lot of other things as well but it is our intention that Anthony Joshua headlines the Wembley card in September.”
Hearn went on to say; “If we can get it for the IBF title and if it can be Anthony Joshua versus Daniel Dubois in a all British clash. It would be absolutely huge. This week is about finalising all them details.”

The forty-one year old who has only suffered two losses in his career would be an intriguing matchup for AJ. The knockout power Zhang has always makes him a formidable opponent and AJ would need to use his experience and dodge the big shots from the heavyweight.
Daniel Dubois is the most obvious candidate to fight Anthony Joshua. The British fighter is the mandatory contender for Joshua’s IBF title. Dubois record stands at twenty one wins and two losses in his professional career. His orthodox style and footwork could cause Anthony Joshua problems as the pair look set to clash. Dubois is a dangerous boxer and after his last performance against Filip Hrgovic clearly shows how Dubois has bounced back after losses to Oleksandr Usyk and Joe Joyce.
