UFC Roster React to Jared Cannonier’s split decision victory over Sean Strickland at UFC Vegas 66

The UFC Vegas 66 headliner featured a key middleweight contest between Jared Cannonier and Sean Strickland.

In the final event of the event of 2022, Cannonier edged a split decision over the loud spoken Sean Strickland. Both men endured a five round technical, and somewhat timid battle. Another event, and another controversial scorecard. Two judges scored the fight 49-46 in favour of Cannonier, and the other 49-46 for Strickland.

A lacklustre end to the year, the middleweight bout didn’t exactly have fellow fighters on the roster saying much on the fight itself. However, as always there was a lot to say in regards to the scorecards.
