Bantamweight champion Sean O’Malley has detailed his terrifying experience when his house was raided by an armed SWAT team.
An avid fan of Call of Duty, Sugar Sean can sometimes be caught online playing the game live on stream. One time recently O’Malley fell foul to an extreme online troll called ‘swatting”. Swatting is the act of claiming a dangerous situation at a particular house to get the police to raid the establishment with armed SWAT.

Talking on his YouTube podcast with coach Tim Welch the TimboSugarShow. The current 135lbs king revealed his feelings the moment he was raided by SWAT.
“About an hour and a half in, I saw a fucking cop fly down the road.” Sean O’Malley says on the moment he realised he was being raided “I feel like instantly I kind of knew, because I’ve heard about big, big streamers getting ‘swatted’. People find out where they’re at, then call the cops, and say something happened that obviously didn’t happen, and then they’re fucking getting swatted.”
“So I peek out my head out the window to see, maybe the cops were… maybe it was something else. But then they’re on the intercom, and I see a bunch of cops, and they’re like, ‘Walk out with your hands up.’ So I fucking walk out, hands up.”
Already an incredibly unfortunate situation to be in. O’Malley would go on to explain how the terrifying situation would only get worse.
“I was like, I’m just going to listen,” O’Malley says before explaining his thought process. “I could get shot, you know what I mean? Like, s**t. I was like, if I just listen to them, I’ll be alright. But you never know, someone sneezes, pulls the trigger. I’ve got shotguns pointed at me, like ARs from like four different cops pointing at me, and I was like, ‘I’m just going to listen,’ and f**king walk back.”
“I was sitting in the back of the cop car with handcuffs, and I was like, ‘Dude, that’s crazy. I had freedom five minutes ago, now I have none. Zero.’ And I’m like, ‘F**k, I didn’t even do anything wrong.’”

The person who forced the raid on O’Malley’s house allegedly told police he had shot his parents. However, once the situation was under control O’Malley explained who he was and everything calmed down. He was released with out any further action taken towards him.
