Federico Pasquali shocked the Manchester crowd in attendance at Cage Warriors 135 as he stopped well respected Scotsman Paull McBain with elbows in the first round. Pasquali will have made a lasting impression in his Cage Warriors debut, having put himself right at the top of the pack at 145lbs.
The bout started with a few hard leg kicks from Pasquali to which McBain gladly returned. It looked only a matter of time until this one exploded, and it did. Federico Pasquali dropped the Scotsman with a left jab, before brutalizing him with elbows that McBain could not defend, forcing the stoppage.
