Cage Warriors 145 takes the spotlight in London tonight with one of the best fight cards of the year lined up at the Indigo at the O2.
In what is dubbed the biggest rematch in Cage Warriors history, Cage Warriors featherweight champion Jordan Vucenic (9-1) looks to defend his title against interim champion Paul Hughes (8-1) in a highly anticipated unification clash. Their first epic encounter in December 2020 saw Vucenic edge out a split decision victory & mark the only loss of Hughes’s pro career. Two years in the making, with the stakes higher than ever, fireworks are surely set for tonight’s main event.
The co-main event features a fan-friendly fight between welterweights James Sheehan (5-2) and Jamie Richardson (11-7), whilst Modestas Bukauskas (11-5) makes his return to the promotion following his UFC run as he takes on Bellator veteran Lee Chadwick (28-16-1) at light-heavyweight. Elsewhere on the card, Medhi Ben Lakhdhar (5-0-1) fights Xavier Sedras (8-2-1), who makes his promotional debut and former flyweight champion Luke Shanks (10-3) takes on undefeated prospect Caolan Loughran (6-0) as both aims to set themselves up for a future title shot at bantamweight.
