Belal Muhammad defeats the formerly undefeated Sean Brady via TKO with an extremely impressive display at UFC 280.
Round One
As the two wrestlers square off it remains a stand-up battle. With Belal Muhammad pushing forward trying to train in Sean Brady’s energy tank. Sean seems to have a power advantage and when he swings it looks dangerous, but Belal’s defence remains strong.
Each attempted takedowns but to no avail. Pushing on both land some big shots. As it’s Belal with the volume and Sean with the power. Muhammad starts to pour it on heavy in the last 20 seconds.
Round Two
The second round begins with Muhammad once again pushing the pace. More exchanges see each man have moments but at no point does anyone run away with it. Sean Brady is wearing it in his face, as clear evidence of Belal’s jab had reddened his face.
It remains extremely close until Belal lands a huge head kick to wobble Brady. He sees his opponent is hurt and unleashes a barrage of punches sending a dizzy Sean spiralling. He continues to pour it on, forcing the ref to step in. Belal Muhammad takes the 0 of Sean Brady via TKO.
Is a shot at gold next for Belal Muhammad?
