Ange Loosa earns the Unanimous decision at UFC 278 vs AJ Fletcher in a true display of grit.

A first-round mainly played out on the feet. Both men landed huge shots but the chins held strong. AJ Fletcher was landing the crisper more clean strikes. However, as soon as Ange Loosa began to make it ugly he started finding his own offence.

Round two was similar to the first, with Ange Loosa learning well from the first. Just past the midway point, AJ would unleash a ferocious barrage. Wild and throwing everything he had into it, he had Loosa hurt. Somehow Ange survived after being in incredible danger.

Both men looked tired and the round ended with a grappling statement. AJ almost gave everything in his tank to finish that fight but it goes on.

In the third, the fatigue is clearly diminishing. Ange managed to get the fight to the ground before unleashing brutal elbows on the ground. Slowing down due to tiredness, he remains heavy on top. He rode the round out like that.

An amazing display of toughness either man could have been mere seconds away from a stoppage victory.
