Showing how he’s ever-evolving as a martial artist. The striker Marc Diakiese has once again delivered the goods with a wrestle-heavy approach. Using it last time out he once again stifles his opponent with ground dominance to earn the win. With an already unbelievable striking pedigree this added wrestling makes Marc a whole new animal.
Dominating the first with no offence from his opponent. In the second this continued and Damir looked out of his depth as Marc Diakiese held top position and began to up with strikes. The third is once again flawless for Diakiese who dominated the fight for 15 full minutes. Not the prettiest performance for the fans, but a dominant three-rounds in the book and a win in the bank.
Breaking in his new four-fight contract with a win. This could be the start of a push of the divisions for the impressive striker-turned-wrestler. “The Bone Crusher” will look to put all previous setbacks in the rearview mirror and make his early career promise come to fruition.
Still only 29, with six years of UFC experience he has the world at his feet. A lightweight division full of talent, Marc sits right amongst it as one to watch. No shortage of potential match-ups with him, next time out expect a highlight fight.
